Needhams Contracts Ltd are a privately owned building contractor founded in 1991. Operating from our modern premises we operate across Suffolk, Norfolk Essex and Cambridgeshire. We are renowned for our exceptional customer service by providing a friendly, professional and reliable service.

Our highly skilled and experienced team are able to specialise in all forms of projects from new builds, commercial buildings, refurbishment projects or educational facilities. Whether it is working to tight delivery deadlines or constrained budgets, we are well experienced in all forms of procurement.

Now trading for over 27 years, we continue to go from strength to strength. During the company’s history, we have built, extended and refurbished all types of properties, including houses, schools, public buildings, factories, hospitals and shops. The company also has a long history of managing and carrying out planned maintenance projects.

Through our dedicated small works team, we are able to undertake projects with no minimum value to £200,000. Our major works department undertake projects from £200,000 up to £3 million in value, working within the triple constraints of time, cost and quality.

We are proud that many of our personnel at both management and site level have been with us for many years, some since they left school . Our aim is to enhance our position as one of the leading construction firms in the Eastern region.
