Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa

Encompassing the refurbishment of two separate areas of the 4 Star Hotel, the Spa building and the Leisure Pool Building, the works consisted of a new stretched ceiling system, alterations to the electrical installation and a new mechanical ventilation system. Following the internal strip-out, our works comprised the installation of a new vapour control barrier throughout, remedial works to the existing window system, a new door installation to the external mezzanine terrace, installation of a new fabric stretched ceiling system to underside of the main Spa roof and also to the Leisure Pool building and a new roof mounted Natural Ventilation with Heat Recycling (NVHR) ventilation system.
