Kelly’s Meadow

This project consisted of the development of an existing family gypsy site in Wickhambrook, encompassing the design and build of two new amenity blocks and forming plots for the relocation of the static caravans. This included the formation of a new entrance road and track as access to the amenity blocks, the provision of water and electricity mains services, associated ground engineering works including foul and surface water drainage and the construction of a foul water treatment plant, reed-bed and balancing pond.
