Reactive Maintenance

This Framework consisted of reactive maintenance works on the Councils vast portfolio of properties – Offices, schools, libraries, Highways depots, etc.

The type of work varies considerably and includes dripping taps, leaking toilets, waste pipe replacement, plaster repairs, re-decorations, door and ironmongery repairs/replacement, brick/block wall repairs, window/glass repairs/replacement, new soft flooring, general joinery repairs, new kitchens, new bathrooms and most aspects of external works.

Work order values range from £30 up to £30,000

As of 2019 we have now secured another 5-year contract, continuing until 2024.
