Shotley Close

This project consisted of the design and construction of 4 housing association flats, including a bin store, cycle shed and all drainage, external works and surfacing. The project ran smoothly, on budget and with handover taking place 8 weeks early.

Being on a restricted site within an existing housing estate, at certain stages we had to close the public carpark to allow crane access; we issued news letter and leaflets, notifying local resident of the closure as early as possible and were happy to answer any questions.
